United StatesI bought this Marro Swarm set, along with another 15(ish) squads/hero units right before Christmas as a gift to my siblings and I. USPS has been (and still is) incredibly awful since the beginning of December. While in contact with All Things Heroscape, THEY offered to change the shipping method to a different carrier that was faster AND cost less. Shipment was very prompt, especially given the time of year, everything was packed safely as no items arrived with any damage, and the person I dealt with was extremely helpful, personable and certainly went above and beyond for me. Thank you again All Things Heroscape!! I'll be placing another order in the near future, and if your looking to purchase anything Heroscape related, you should too!
