We take pride in carefully sorting and packaging all of our figure and terrain orders. Our commitment to our customers is to have all orders packaged up and processed within 1-2 business days. If there are any special, time-sensitive needs for your Heroscape order, please contact us as soon as possible as we always reply quickly and are open to working with our customers on special requests.
We do ship internationally and shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the contents of your shopping cart. If you are in a country that is not currently supported for international shipping, please contact us. Every country has their own unique import duty and tax laws. Buyers should be aware of those potential charges and will be responsible for anything due upon the receipt of their shipment.
While we are 100% committed to your customer satisfaction, on occasion customers may change their mind on a purchase. We are happy to work with you on any returns. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the items. The buyer will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Refunds will be given promptly upon receipt of the returned merchandise less a 10% restocking fee. Please contact us if you'd like to start a return.
