Nearly a decade after being discontinued, Heroscape endures as one of the best strategic tabletop games ever made. Originally manufactured by Hasbro, Heroscape is an expandable, turn-based miniature wargaming system. The game is comprised of various pre-painted miniature figures with corresponding stat cards and interlocking, stackable 3-D battlefield terrain tiles. Heroscape offers incredible replay value as players are free to create their own battlemaps and draft their own armies for each battle using a points-based drafting system. With easy-to-understand rules and surprisingly nuanced strategic decision making, Heroscape captures the imagination of young and serious gamers alike.
Heroscape was brought into production in 2004 and officially discontinued in 2010. In spite of being nearly a decade discontinued and becoming more and more difficult to find, Heroscape still enjoys a strong fan base and persistent following.
